ÖkoVision provides a digital infrastructure for connecting stakeholders in the fields of environmental protection, resource conservation, and climate awareness. The platform serves to exchange knowledge, present projects, and promote cooperative initiatives. Legally binding advice or the mediation of financing is not part of the service.
Each user is solely responsible for the content they upload. It is prohibited to publish misleading, illegal, or immoral information. Users undertake not to use data that harms third parties or violates applicable law. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to delete the content and exclude the user.
ÖkoVision assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content provided by users. The platform is operated with reasonable care, but without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are only liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform in cases of intent or gross negligence.
By uploading content, the user grants ÖkoVision a simple, non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to use it for display on the platform. Copyright remains with the user. Commercial reuse by third parties is not permitted without the consent of the author.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time with effect for the future. Users will be informed of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
